Will Waterman, PT, DPT, PRC, OCS, COMT, CSCS

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Will is passionate about helping his patients train smarter and recover from injuries faster. He specializes in the treatment of chronic and acute conditions affecting the back, neck, lumbar spine, hips, knees, shoulders, jaw, and ankles. He is an avid cyclist and a lifelong athlete. He has competed in triathlons, olympic weightlifting, and has practiced functional movement training.

Dr. Will worked in outpatient physical therapy at Stanford Healthcare from 2014-2019. Before moving to the Bay Area in 2014, Dr. Will served as the head physical therapist for Division-1 athletes at DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Will received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Armstrong Atlantic State University in consortium with the Medical College of Georgia and also graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science. Dr. Will completed the prestigious PRC certification through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRC). He was awarded the elite Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification from the American Physical Therapy Association, demonstrating extensive knowledge in the treatment of orthopedic injuries. Dr. Will is Silver Level Bike Fitter credentialed through Bike PT's Professional Education Program. Dr. Will completed an intensive year-long manual therapy program through the Ola Grimsby Institute to obtain his Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT). During this time he also obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
